Home Community Care

We are experts in providing fully managed home care packages. Since 2005, we have supported our client’s by facilitating relationship led support that is built around ‘needs’ not ‘tasks’. Our minimum visit has always been two hours at a time as we feel that this allows high quality care that never feels rushed.
Our small care team work together as a family while having the training required to make sure that care and support follows best practice standards. We try to make sure that our clients always have the same small team of carers who visit as this helps create genuine and meaningful relationships.

    Covid 19

We are working hard to keep our clients and employees safe during these difficult times.

We have always had infection control policies, but additional procedures have been put into place by the Government of Jersey who help us by providing clear guidance on what we should and shouldn’t do, depending on the prevalence on the pandemic in the Island at any given time.

We know how much we all rely on and appreciate our set routines and that’s why we keep close contact with our clients and their families – particularly when changes are made that restrict how we manage our daily living tasks.
